Last updated: March 10, 2026  ·  Effective: March 10, 2026

At ImprintaAI (developed and operated by Taciturn Studios LLC), we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our website and platform (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect several types of information to provide and improve our Service:

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you register for an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment information is processed by our payment processor (Stripe) and we receive only a tokenized reference — we never store your full credit card number, CVV, or expiration date. When you contact support, we collect the content of your communications.

1.2 Information Generated Through Use

We collect data about how you interact with the Service, including the prompts you submit to generate content, the Generated Content itself (stored to provide your library), your credit usage and subscription history, and your preferences and settings.

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and device identifiers. This information is collected through cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies.

3. AI Model Training and Your Content

We do not use your Generated Content or prompts to train our AI models. The content you create using ImprintaAI (developed and operated by Taciturn Studios LLC) remains yours and is not shared with AI model providers for training purposes. Prompts submitted to the Service are processed in real time to generate content and are stored solely to provide your library and usage history.

We use third-party AI model providers to power content generation. These providers process your prompts under their own data processing agreements and privacy policies. We have contractual agreements in place that prohibit these providers from using your data for model training.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers: We share information with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate the Service, including Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), MailerLite (email marketing), and cloud hosting providers. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our website before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences, and analyze usage patterns. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent; however, some features of the Service may not function properly without cookies.

We use the following types of cookies: Essential cookies (required for authentication and core functionality), Analytics cookies (to understand how users interact with the Service), and Preference cookies (to remember your settings and preferences). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or regulatory purposes. Generated Content stored in your library is deleted immediately upon account deletion.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption of data in transit (TLS/HTTPS), encryption of sensitive data at rest, access controls limiting employee access to personal data, regular security assessments, and secure payment processing via PCI-DSS compliant providers.

No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. These may include the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; the right to data portability; the right to object to or restrict processing; and the right to withdraw consent at any time.

California Residents (CCPA): If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

European Residents (GDPR): If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information. If you believe a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected].

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. When we transfer personal information internationally, we implement appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection.

12. Google AdSense and Analytics

Our website may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website or other websites. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ad Settings. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymous usage data. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
