DMCA Policy & Copyright Takedown

If you believe that content available on or through ImprintaAI infringes one or more of your copyrights, please send a written notice ("DMCA Takedown Notice") to our designated copyright agent at the contact information below. Your notice must include all of the following elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

1. Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
2. Identification of the infringing material: A description of the material that you claim is infringing and that you request be removed or disabled, with sufficient detail to allow us to locate the material (e.g., the specific URL).
3. Your contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
6. Physical or electronic signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has allegedly been infringed.

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our copyright agent. Your counter-notification must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or any judicial district in which Taciturn Studios LLC may be found if your address is outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original takedown notice.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material.

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, ImprintaAI has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

ImprintaAI uses AI models to generate content at the direction of users. We do not pre-screen user prompts for potential copyright issues. If you believe that AI-generated content produced through our platform infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA Takedown Notice as described above. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including removing the content from our platform and, where applicable, suspending the account responsible.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service — including the prompts they submit and the content they generate — does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. Please review our Terms of Service for more information.

Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
