1.1 Information you provide directly

When you register for an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment information is processed by Stripe and we receive only a tokenized reference — we never store your full credit card number, CVV, or expiration date. When you contact support, we collect the content of your communications.

1.2 Information generated through use

We collect data about how you interact with the Service, including the prompts you submit to generate content, the generated content itself (stored to provide your library), your credit usage and subscription history, and your preferences and settings.

1.3 Automatically collected information

When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and device identifiers. This information is collected through cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies.

3. AI Model Training and Your Content

We do not use your generated content or prompts to train our AI models. The content you create using ImprintaAI remains yours and is not shared with AI model providers for training purposes. Prompts submitted to the Service are processed in real time to generate content and are stored solely to provide your library and usage history.

We use third-party AI model providers to power content generation. These providers process your prompts under their own data processing agreements and privacy policies. We have contractual agreements in place that prohibit these providers from using your data for model training.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers: We share information with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate the Service, including Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), MailerLite (email marketing), Google (analytics and AdSense advertising), and cloud hosting providers. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our website before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences, analyze usage, and display advertising on blog and editorial pages. ImprintaAI displays third-party advertising on blog and editorial content pages using Google AdSense (publisher ID ca-pub-1051825252184436). We do not place the AdSense snippet on the marketing homepage.

Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads, measure ad performance, and (where allowed) personalize ads based on your visits to this and other sites. This is a cookie and advertising disclosure for AdSense compliance.

You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ad Settings or through the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out. Rejecting advertising cookies or opting out of personalization does not remove all ads; you may still see non-personalized ads on content pages.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or regulatory purposes. Generated content stored in your library is deleted immediately upon account deletion.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption of data in transit (TLS/HTTPS), encryption of sensitive data at rest, access controls limiting employee access to personal data, regular security assessments, and secure payment processing via PCI-DSS compliant providers.

No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. These may include the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; the right to data portability; the right to object to or restrict processing; and the right to withdraw consent at any time.

10. AI Chat Assistant

Our website uses an AI-powered chat assistant to provide faster support and information. When you use this chat feature, your messages are processed by our AI vendor's servers to generate responses. We retain chat transcripts for quality assurance and product improvement. Chat transcripts are not sold to third parties. You may request deletion of your chat data by contacting privacy@taciturnstudios.com.

A consent notice is displayed before your first interaction with the chat assistant. By proceeding past the consent notice, you acknowledge and agree to the data practices described above.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information. 12. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States.
